FOFAS offers $20 coupons to area residents (proof of residency in the Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, or unincorporated areas of Hayward or San Leandro will be required) which are redeemable at one of 2 East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Centers (located in Oakland and Dublin). Coupons give residents a $20 discount off of the already affordable price for a spay/neuter. Coupons are available at the FOFAS Volunteer Office located at 2700 Fairmont Drive, San Leandro, Ca. 94578. The Volunteer Office is open Mon-Sun from 12-4pm. Please call ahead to make sure a volunteer is there to help you. The Volunteer Office number is 510-352-0598.

    The East Bay SPCA offers affordable spay and neuter surgeries for cats, dogs, and rabbits at 2 locations within Alameda County. Vaccinations, microchipping, and FIV/FELV testing for cats are also available. Call the East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Center located near you to make an appointment. All surgeries are done by appointment only.

    The East Bay SPCA offers free spay and neuter services for Pit Bulls and Pit Bull X dogs owned by Alameda County and Contra Costa County residents. Contact the East Bay SPCA for eligibility requirements.
