FOFAS offers $20 coupons to area residents (proof of residency in the Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, or unincorporated areas of Hayward or San Leandro will be required) which are redeemable at one of 2 East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Centers (located in Oakland and Dublin). Coupons give residents a $20 discount off of the already affordable price for a spay/neuter. Coupons are available at the FOFAS Volunteer Office located at 2700 Fairmont Drive, San Leandro, Ca. 94578. The Volunteer Office is open Mon-Sun from 12-4pm. The East Bay SPCA offers affordable spay and neuter surgeries for cats, dogs, and rabbits at 2 locations within Alameda County. Vaccinations, microchipping, and FIV/FELV testing for cats are also available. Call the East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Center located near you to make an appointment.
